This beautiful painting was created by Finnán O'Mahony - 6th Class in response to an Art assigmment on rivers and looking at paintings of rivers such as Liffey Swim by Jack B. Yeats and Monet's Argenteuil Basin with a single sailboat.

Isn't it magnificent.

This week's beautiful painting was created by Leo O'Rahilly, 5th Class. Leo was inspired to create this painting by a trip he took on a sail boat whille on holdays in Greece and he has entered this work of art in Toyota Ireland's art competition.
