About our school
S.N. Réalt na Mara is a Catholic, co-educational primary school under the patronage of Bishop Kevin Doran, Catholic Bishop of Elpin. While our school has a Catholic ethos, we welcome pupils of other faiths and those who do not have any particular religious beliefs and we encourage genuine respect and tolerance of all.
"Réalt na Mara" is the Irish for "Star of the sea".
Our school is located in the beautiful seaside village of Rosses Point, Co. Sligo on the north west coast of Ireland.
There are currently 101 pupils enrolled and there is a Teaching Staff of six permanent teachers .
